“TREE OF MEMORY” (2022)

synopsis: TREE OF MEMORY is an audiovisual video projection commemorating the former Ez Chaim Synagogue in Leipzig. The film tells the story of the synagogue and aims to preserve the memory of it despite the destruction of the synagogue in 1938. TREE OF MEMORY was projected onto the facade of the former synagogue in September 2022 and is dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the Ez Chaim Synagogue which was build in 1922.
