“THE GREEN THREAD” (2021)

synopsis: A piece of thread is cut off again and again from a ball of wool until life only hangs on a very thin, short thread. The pictorial metaphor of the increasingly smaller ball of wool shows the finiteness of our natural resources. THE GREEN THREAD creates awareness for our actions and shows the meaningfulness and ultimately the necessity of environmental protection. Despite the severity of the problem, the animation film opposes a lightness and aesthetic that makes a positive rethink possible.
